■ Additional Costs Beyond the Ticket Price
Data charges for internet connectivity are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the payment method, payment processing fees, bank transfer fees, and other charges set by Peatix may apply.

■ Payment Methods
You may use the payment methods provided by Peatix.
Available payment methods will be displayed on the Peatix screen at the time of ticket purchase.
■ Payment Timing
Payment will be finalized at the time specified by Peatix for each payment method.
■ Ticket Delivery Timing and Method
After payment is complete, an e-ticket will be issued on the Peatix website or app.
■ Registration Period
From the time the event page goes live until 11:30 PM on Saturday, December 19, 2026.
However, sales for each ticket type will end once the allotted number of tickets has been sold.

Morning Session: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Doors open at 9:30 AM)
Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM (Doors open at 12:30 PM)
Evening Session: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Doors open at 3:30 PM)

■Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds After Purchase
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations, changes to ticket type, performance time, or quantity, or refunds after purchase due to customer circumstances.
Please carefully confirm the performance time, ticket type, and number of tickets before purchasing.
■ Performance Cancellation or Changes
If a performance is canceled due to circumstances on the part of the organizer, refunds for the applicable ticket fees will be processed via the method specified by Peatix.
Refund methods, timing, and handling of fees will be in accordance with Peatix’s regulations and the payment method you selected. Please note that certain fees, such as payment processing fees and bank transfer fees, may not be eligible for refund.
The performance content, cast, or start time may be changed due to natural disasters, transportation service suspensions, or other unavoidable circumstances. If the performance goes ahead as scheduled, refunds will generally not be issued due to such changes.
The organizer will not cover transportation, lodging, or other expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation or postponement of the performance.
